Nepal secures 19-run victory against India

Kathmandu:  Nepal defeated India in the ongoing ACC U-19 Asia cup cricket championship by 19 runs Sunday.

Skipper Dipendra Singh Yaire-influenced excellent balling led Nepal to wining situation.  Losing toss, Nepal elected to bat first, Nepal’s captain Yaire scored 88 runs.  Yaire also personally took three wickets.

The match was played at  Kaula Lampur’s Bayuemas Oval cricket ground in Malaysia.

Nepal in their first match lost against Bangladesh. Nepal’s hope for next round still alive after wining today’s match.
