Kathmandu: Ambassador of Korea (Republic) to Nepal, Park Yong-Sik, has called on Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Matrika Yadav at latter’s office in Singh Durbar today.
Issues related to expanding bilateral relations to people’s level and promoting trades were discussed in the meeting. Minister Yadav asked for further support from Korea to translate the mission of ‘Prosperous Nepal: Happy Nepali’.
In response to Minister Yadav, Ambassador Sik said Korea was ready to assist in constructing special economic zone (SEZ) and industrial zones in Nepal.
Korean envoy added that they were ready to invest in expanding the small and middle scale industries and exploration of mines in Nepal. Envoy He further committed to investing in energy and technology sectors.
